I have read 7 habits of highly effective people and one day while browsing the kindle books I found this little gem. I still am not sure if Stephen Covey has ever ventured into network marketing before, but he seems to know A LOT about it.

This book is not very long, but it has 7 fantastic points about certain areas you need to be diligent in to be successful in our industry. A powerful and fast read.

This book gives you the essentials of network marketing. Techniques are not explained here, but the mindset to win. I find this more valuable than any skill because it teaches marketers to develop a strong mental foundation. The book is to the point and easy to read. For someone who is pressed for time can definitely benefit from this book.

The Life of Pi is a long and moving story, which can be taken on two different levels. Martel tells the story of a 16 year old boy, Pi, adrift in a life boat with a full size tiger. Born in India, Pi and his family are moving to Canada, traveling via a Japanese cargo ship. The ship sinks, leaving Pi and four animals as survivors. His father, a zookeeper, was transporting many animals to new locations. Pi survives in the Pacific Ocean for more than three months during which the tiger dispenses with the other animals. Well written, this story can be taken as a very unusual coming-of-age story or something much deeper about man's spiritual self. Pi tells of his life in India with humor and fact. The second half of the story, Pi at sea, drags on and on and includes gruesome details of his survival. , The reader will enjoy an interesting story and learn about zoos, animals, religion, sea life, family relationships, and survival skills. A lot of book for the money.

A Very Different Story- and a Good One

This book shows the skill of this writer. The elements are very basic. Small town country setting with small time inhabitants. Divorce, genuine friendship, difficult families, and just maybe love, drive the journey of chasing a dream and of making it happen against the odds. What makes the story so riveting is that the people are so very real as anyone with a small town upbringing will relate to instantly. A really good read

The Real truth about Underage Drinking

I highly recommend this book for parents of elementary and pre-teen children. The American Pediatric association has stated that children should be educated on the dangers of alcohol five years before being exposed to drinking. It would make a huge statement to our children if they would purchase the book, read it themselves and then read it with their children or ask them to read it. Dr. Uhr presents her material in a straight-forward and yet, engaging manner.
